"Amor De Tango" - CD Release!!
Just back from Argentina, harmonica virtuoso, Joe Powers has completed his first full length solo Tango Album, entitled "Amor de Tango". Recorded in the heart of Buenos Aires this February 2007, the CD features 14 tracks of passionate Tango music accompanied by some of Argentina's most prominent Tango musicians; Latin Grammy Nominee, Nicolas Ledesma - Piano, Horacio Cabarcos - Double Bass, and Raul Luzzi - Guitar. This evening Powers will perform accompanied by the head of the P.C.C. music department, Chilean born guitarist, John Mery. Expect a sensuous and moving concert with an intimate
setting that only Mississippi Studios can provide.
