Joe is featured on the cover of the July, 2008 edition of the magazine, "Harmonicas de France". Articles include; a biography in brief by Bernard Germain, an interview which took place in Japan by former French Harmonica Association President, Jean Labre, a French translation of Joe's article on playing Tango on the harmonica which was previously published in NHL (National Harmonica League of the U.K) magazine, a discography, and a re-cap of Joe's peformance with Japanese Koto master, Mizki at the 2008 Harmonicas Sur Cher in Saint Aignan, France.
